This regulation is established to implement fire safety responsibility, prevent and reduce fire incidents, and protect the life and property of the public.

I. General Provisions

Fire safety work follows the principles of shared responsibility between party and government, dual responsibilities per post, joint management, and accountability for negligence.

3. Substation and Transmission & Distribution Line Safety

III. Emergency Response

Establish and maintain a comprehensive fire safety emergency plan system, and conduct regular drills.
