Center Development
lyxcsafe.cn was founded at a pivotal moment in the rapid growth of the energy storage industry. As global energy transition accelerates, energy storage technology—core to the new energy ecosystem—is seizing unprecedented opportunities. However, safety risks are becoming increasingly prominent, emerging as a critical barrier to the sector's sustainable development.
We understand that energy storage safety impacts not only corporate profitability but also public safety, property protection, and social stability. To this end, we have brought together experts and scholars from fire research institutes, universities, power grids, and other institutions to build a professional and authoritative platform for exchanging knowledge on energy storage fire safety technologies.
In standards development, we have deeply engaged in the construction of national and industry standard systems. In 2024 7, we supported the drafting of two local standards: "Fire Protection Facility Requirements for Photovoltaic Power Stations" and "Fire Protection Facility Requirements for Electrochemical Energy Storage Stations," providing a solid fire safety foundation to further advance and refine safety standards and management systems for the new energy sector. Later that year, we hosted the "Qinghai Province New Energy Fire Safety Technology Exchange Seminar and Local Standard Implementation Meeting," attended by over 80 representatives from government agencies, enterprises, and research institutions. On the international standards front, we participated in submitting an application to the State Administration for Market Regulation for energy storage fire safety international standardization work and completed the draft of an international standard. Additionally, the project titled "Smart City Management Monitoring Framework and Functional Requirements Based on IoT" was successfully initiated under ITU-T SG0 (ITU-T Study Group 20).
In recent years, we have continued advancing standardization work: In 2025, we initiated the local standard "Technical Specifications for Liquid Nitrogen Fire Suppression Systems in Lithium-Ion Battery Energy Storage Power Stations" (currently under development); In 2026, we undertook the research project "Validation Method for Physical Fire Tests of Fire Protection Systems in High-Altitude Electrochemical Energy Storage Power Stations," and under the leadership of the General Brigade, launched the local standard "Fire Safety Technical Specifications for Energy Storage Systems in Intelligent Computing Centers."
Our mission is to advance the establishment and refinement of safety standards for energy storage through professional technical support and resource integration. We provide robust backing for government decision-making, corporate development, and scientific innovation, working together to strengthen the foundation of energy storage safety.
