Notice of the Qinghai Provincial Safety Production Committee on Issuing the "15th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Fire Services in Qinghai Province"

To implement the Party Central Committee and State Council's decisions on coordinating development and security, accelerate high-quality development of fire services, and significantly enhance capabilities in preventing major fire risks and responding to various disaster incidents, this plan is formulated based on the "Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China," the "15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of Qinghai Province," and other relevant laws, regulations, and policy documents, taking into account Qinghai's actual conditions.
